一、產(chǎn)品介紹Product information

SSM26新一代聚脲密封膠是德國Drache Handels UG 公司于二十一世研發(fā)的一種

以新型硅烷封端聚醚為主體樹脂的濕固化型高分子單液型產(chǎn)品，與空氣中濕氣反應(yīng)生成類橡膠的彈性體，以達(dá)到灌封效果。因其高固含、不發(fā)泡、高粘結(jié)和親水反應(yīng)的特點(diǎn)，該產(chǎn)品的密封效果比普通同類產(chǎn)品更優(yōu)。同時(shí)該產(chǎn)品的低模量和高彈性使得其能有效解決變形縫、伸縮縫和交接縫等結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)的滲漏問題。

SSM26 New generation of polyurea sealant is Drache Handels UG companyfrom Germany developed in the 21st century A new type of silane-terminated polyether is used as the main resin for wet curing polymer single liquid product, which reacts with the moisture in the air to form rubber-like elastomer to achieve the potting effect. Due to the characteristics of high solid content, non-foaming, high adhesion and hydrophilic reaction, the sealing effect of this product is better than that of ordinary similar products. At the same time, the low modulus and high elasticity of the product make it effective to solve the leakage problem of deformation joints, expansion joints and joint joints.

三、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用范圍Product application range

適用于道路、橋梁、房屋等伸縮縫的止水嵌縫密封和其他建筑變形縫、沉降縫防水密封。

五、施工注意事項(xiàng)Construction precautions

?施工基層處理

金屬表面：建議噴砂除銹，達(dá)到ISO8501-1或GB8923標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的Sa2.5級(jí)。

混凝土表面：達(dá)到堅(jiān)固、密實(shí)、平整、干凈、干燥狀態(tài)。不應(yīng)有起砂、起殼、裂縫、蜂窩麻面等現(xiàn)象。

其它材質(zhì)基層的應(yīng)用處理可咨詢圣士曼技術(shù)人員。

? Construction base treatment

Metal surface: It is recommended to sand blast to remove rust, to ISO8501-1 or GB8923 standard Sa2.5.

Concrete surface: solid, dense, flat, clean, dry state. There should be no sand, shell, cracks, honeycomb and other phenomena.

The application of other material bases can be consulted by the Saint Si Man technicians.

 

?施工注意事項(xiàng)  

1、本產(chǎn)品可在零下10℃的低溫下使用。若在低溫環(huán)境中使用時(shí)，建議先將涂料桶放置在有空調(diào)房間中在高溫下保持24小時(shí)以上。

2、建議每次使用多少倒出多少，并及時(shí)將桶蓋密封，使用后的涂料不得再倒回原桶中。

3、填充縫隙時(shí)，可將本材料倒入三角塑料袋子，用扎帶扎緊。施工時(shí)將塑料袋尖角剪開直徑6-15mm的孔洞，沿著縫隙擠壓施工，將材料注入縫隙中。

4、若施工厚度較厚，建議2遍施工。每遍施工間隔時(shí)間在6-30小時(shí)內(nèi)。

? Construction precautions

1, this product can be used at a low temperature of minus 10℃. If used in a low temperature environment, it is recommended to place the paint bucket in an air-conditioned room at high temperature for more than 24 hours.

2, it is recommended to pour out how much each time you use, and seal the bucket cover in time, and the paint shall not be poured back into the original bucket after use.

3. When filling the gap, the material can be poured into the triangular plastic bag and tied tightly with cable ties. During the construction, the sharp corners of the plastic bags are cut open holes with a diameter of 6-15mm, and the construction is squeezed along the gaps, and the materials are injected into the gaps.

4, if the construction thickness is thick, it is recommended to construct twice. Each construction interval is within 6-30 hours.
